A Southampton Country Feast... From Field to Fork on Wadson's Farm

Over 200 guests feasted on Wadson Farm's organically grown produce at the Bermuda National Trust's 2011 fundraising dinner on Saturday, June 4th. The menu included grilled pork sausages, lamb and chicken, salads galore, a variety of grilled vegetables and strawberry flan all washed down with a selection from Gosling's organic wines. A fabulous silent auction raised significant funds and many guests danced into the wee hours to the Go Down Berries. Proceeds will contribute to the ongoing critical work of the Trust as they continue to protect and promote Bermuda's natural and cultural heritage for all of Bermuda. |
