    Deonaé Dickinson is an extraordinary young lady and is Miss Paget West. Miss Dickinson’s family consists of her father Link Smith, mother Dionne Dickinson, step-mother Shonda Smith, three siblings, and “Bobby” the parrot.  She attended Paget Primary, Dellwood Middle School, Bermuda Institute and Bermuda College prior to transferring to Oakwood University.
