  • Started by “spiceologist” Rinelle White, UMAMI is taking the stress out of the kitchen with a range of pre-made spice blends. Making cooking more enjoyable for everybody, her carefully curated spice mixes are designed for both novice and expert chefs, bursting with fresh flavours to elevate any dish.   • One meal that many Bermudian diners are passionate about is their codfish breakfast. The judges felt confident in awarding Wahoo’s this honour, knowing chef Alfred Konrad to be “specific” about his chowder, executing a timeless recipe for years.
