Hosting guests, gathering with friends and Making Moments Matter is going to be a must this holiday season. That’s why we’re taking our celebrations up a notch this year and planning to impress friends with delicious cocktails we can make at home and order at our favourite local eateries. As we put together some ideas, we turned to Stefan Dill, lead bartender at Devil’s Isle and winner of the Bacardi sponsored 2022 ‘Set The Bar’ Cocktail Competition. Stefan used his incredible knowledge of the Bacardi portfolio of spirits and his expertise in mixology to whip up some holiday inspired flavours and drinks that definitely impress. BACON GINGER SNAP
Ingredients:
1 1/2oz GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1/2oz Ginger purée
1/2oz Maple syrup
1/2oz Pineapple juice
1/2oz Cointreau
Ginger beer soda
Seasoned bacon with cayenne pepper and brown sugar
Directions:
To make ginger purée, boil simple syrup (2-1 water and sugar) with chopped ginger. Let it boil for an hour and then blend in blender until it turns into a puree. This can also be used as a daily immunity shot.
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice besides the bacon.
Shake for 20 seconds and serve into a glass
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish with seasoned bacon

SPICED APPLE SOUR
Ingredients:
1 1/2oz DEWAR’S® 12 Whisky
1oz of Espresso
1/2oz of Kahlua
1/4oz Crème de Menthe – Optional
1/2oz Simple Syrup
1oz Heavy Cream
Chocolate syrup for rim
Graham Cracker & Marshmallows
Directions:
Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup
Add all the ingredients except the heavy cream into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass.
Add heavy cream into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Top the glass with it.
Garnish with a Graham cracker and marshmallow on top.
Using a lighter, toast the marshmallow carefully until crispy.

CHRISTMAS CRACKER
Ingredients:
1 1/2oz BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Gin
1oz Apple purée
1/2oz Lemon juice
1/2 Egg whites – Optional
1 Cinnamon
Apple slices
Directions:
To make apple purée, boil simple syrup (2-1 of water and sugar) with sliced apple and cinnamon. Let it boil until it becomes thick.
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds and strain into a glass.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slices
