“People wait all week for Friday, all year for summer, all life for happiness”—Author unknown.

Any wise yogi would say live for today, yet when the Bermuda Yoga Festival happens only once every two years, it’s only natural that the anticipation will build as you’re waiting for it!
From April 29–May 1, five international presenters including Sianna Sherman, Saul David Raye, Aykanna and Peter Sterios offer a jam-packed three-day festival of yoga workshops, music and dance.

With 35 sessions to choose from over three days, there’s no question that you’ll walk, or rather float, away from the weekend feeling better, be it physically or emotionally; it’s practically a de-stress guarantee!

Twelve local yoga instructors, musicians and presenters balance out the festival, offering such a variety of experiences you’ll likely be hooked on the feel-good feeling. The good news for those of us living in Bermuda is you can continue to enjoy a yoga practice with the same local teachers when the festival ends.

Hosted and sponsored by Grotto Bay Beach Resort, imagine meditation and chanting in the ancient natural caves and luxurious downtime by the pool. The Bermuda Yoga Festival promises something for every yogi—even those of us who’ve only got as far as thinking about doing yoga this year. Now’s our chance to kick that thought into action. The Argus Group sponsors a Beginners’ Track, workshops that are perfect for yoga newcomers.

Classes are filling fast. Be sure to book now so you’re not waiting another two years for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Information and tickets are available at www.bermudayogafestival.com

Come with an open mind; leave with an open heart.
