Ingredients

  • For the rosemary simple syrup:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • For the cocktail:
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce rosemary simple syrup 

Directions

  1. For the simple syrup:
  2. 1. Combine the sugar, water, and rosemary in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. 2. Heat to a boil, then allow to simmer until the sugar has dissolved.
