• Ingredients:
  • 12 ripe local bananas, mashed
  • 10 oz water
  • 2 tbsps lime juice
  • 2 lbs (4 cups) sugar
  • Directions:
  • Boil water and sugar together. Add bananas and lime.
  • Boil about 30 minutes until thickened.
  • Add to sterilized jars and seal.
