Add chorizo this traditional yet simple Portuguese dish of roasted red beans.

Ingredients
Pre-cooked or cooked red beans
1 onion
1 carrot
1 stick of celery
paprika
salt, soy sauce or miso

Directions
Chop all the vegetables
Sauté in a drizzle of oil
Add a small amount of water and cook until the vegetables are soft.
Add the beans, herbs and paprika
Add water until it covers the beans and then cook for 40 min in the oven
Add seasoning, i.e. soy sauce or miso or salt
