Add a little Bermudian twist to the classic root beer float by replacing the root beer with ginger beer, and of course, adding a little rum.

 

Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream
24 ounces Barritts Ginger Beer
1 lime
6 ounces Gosling’s Black Seal Rum

 

Directions:
Scoop 3 smallish scoops of vanilla ice cream into 4 mason jars.

Top with 6 ounces Barritts Ginger Beer.

Float 1.5 ounces of rum on top of ginger beer.

Squeeze in s0me fresh lime juice and enjoy!
