Great for summer, this recipe incorporates in-season melons into your summertime cocktails. 

Ingredients
Watermelon
Canteloupe

Honeydew melon

Directions
Cut melons in half and remove seeds.
Use a melon baller and scoop out the melon balls from the fruit. Don’t worry if they’re not perfectly round, this is almost impossible.
Arrange melon balls on baking sheet. Make sure they are not touching or they will stick together when frozen.
Freeze for several hours. Remove from freezer and use in drinks such as water, vodka tonic, gin and tonic or wine.
