Don’t miss out – the peaches are fresh and sweet!
3 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 cup sparkling or still water
2 cup apple cider
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Mint for garnish
Place the fresh peach slices (save a few slices as garnish), water in a blender and puree until very smooth.
Add the sparkling water to the blender and pulse once or twice to just combine the juice and cider. You don’t’ want to over mix or the cider will loose its effervescence.
Pour the peach bellini into glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with a raspberry, mint leaf, and peach slice. Enjoy cold!
