Who says sober can’t be sexy? This mocktail has all the flavors of the original porn star martini but none of the hangover.
Ingredients
Vanilla Simple Syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Mocktail
4 ounces passion fruit juice
1 tablespoon passion fruit
1/2 an ounce fresh lime juice
Ice
4 ounces club soda
1 slice passion fruit
Instructions
Vanilla Simple Syrup
In a small pot over medium heat, bring sugar and water to a simmer. Cook, stirring frequently, until slightly reduced and sugar is dissolved, 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in vanilla until heated through. Let cool.
Mocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine passion fruit juice, passion fruit seeds, lime juice, and 1/2 ounce of vanilla simple syrup.
Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass. Top off with club soda.
Garnish with passion fruit slice.
