• Ingredients:
  • 4 Bermuda onions, sliced in half
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Himalayan salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh rosemary, chopped
  • fresh thyme leaves
  • Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Cut the onions in half then remove outer dried layers
  • Lay them cut side up on the baking sheet
  • Drizzle onions with olive oil and top each half with a knob of butter
  • Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, then top with the fresh herbs
  • Roast for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
