Fire up the grill for this easy and delicious Bermudian twist on Flank Steak. This recipe requires minimal preparation, and you can even refrigerate it overnight for a quick and hassle-free midweek supper. 

Ingredients (Serves 6):

2lbs of flank steak

For the marinade:
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp or so cilantro (optional)
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
1 tsp or to taste chile powder
1 jalapeño pepper, minced 

Put all ingredients in a sealed plastic bag. Marinate 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Grill or broil the marinated flank steak until rare (8-12 minutes, turning once). Allow a few minutes before cutting thinly on the diagonal. Simple and tasty.
