Crushed Himalayan pink salt for the rim
3 strawberries chopped
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 ounce silver tequila
4 ounces rosé wine
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Frozen peach slices for garnish
Rim your glass with a slice of lemon and dip it in the coarse salt.
In the bottom of the glass, muddle the strawberries, lemon juice and honey until the strawberries are completely crushed. Add a bit of crushed ice. Pour in the tequila and muddle a bit more.
Top with the rosé, add in the strawberries and frozen peach slices and serve!
