The Classic Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients
    3 drops bitters
    1 sugar cube
    1 ounce Cognac
    4 ounces chilled Champagne

Directions
    Drop bitters onto sugar cube; let soak in. Place sugar cube in a Champagne flute. Add Cognac, and top with Champagne.

Bombay Sapphire & Veuve Clicquot Sparklers

Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 cup Bombay Sapphire
1/2 cup lemon concentrate
2 2/3 cups champagne
1 sprig taragon
 
Directions:
1. Combine Bombay Sapphire and lemonade in a pitcher. Chill
2. Add Veuve Clicquot to mixture, stirring gently.
3. Garnish with tarragon and serve.

 

 

Clockwork Orange (A Twist on the Classic Mimosa)

 Ingredients
    2 sugar cube
    2 ounces fresh tangerine juice
    1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
    Champagne

Directions
    Drop a sugar cube into each of 2 champagne flutes. Add 1 oz. fresh tangerine juice and 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice to each. Top with champagne (or sparkling wine such as prosecco or cava).
