Ingredients:

2 long cucumber slices

1 tbsp. shiitake mushroom (cooked)

10 grams cooked rice noodle

2 pieces of fried tofu

1 tsp. fish sauce

1 tsp. hoisin sauce

1 sheet of rice paper

1 fresh basil leaf

 

Directions:

Soak rice paper until soft and wrap ingredients like eggroll shape.
