Every morning, fresh fish caught by local fishermen are delivered directly to Ocean Club’s kitchen. Complemented by select catch imported from overseas, the fish can be served blackened, pan-seared or grilled to your individual liking. Choose between Bermuda Wahoo, Bermuda Tuna, Swordfish, Red Snapper and Mahi Mahi, to name just a few. One of the all-time favourites is the pan-roasted Rockfish, prepared Bermuda style, with banana, roasted almond and garlic butter. Delicious! And don’t forget to bring your cell phone, as the food and scenery are perfectly suited for the ideal Instagram post.
If you’re eager to taste a little bit of everything, order the grilled South Shore seafood platter, which comes with the catch-of-the-day, shrimp, scallops and calamari. Ocean Club’s signature fish and chips, accompanied by liberal dollops of the usual sus-pects, tartar sauce and malt vinegar, is also not to be missed.
