“Lyra (also known as the aerial hoop, aerial ring or cerceau) is a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which students and artists perform aerial acrobatics. It can be used static, spinning or swinging. Routines are an exciting display of athleticism, coordination and flexibility. Take your workout to new heights.”

“Aerial Tissu (Silks) is the art of suspended dance. ‘Tissu’ means ‘fabric’ in French, and is a fitting description for this cirque-inspired dance form because the performers dance on a long fabric of silks. The performer uses the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their body into and out of various positions. Aerial Silks may be used to fly through the air, striking poses while suspended. Silks are a great way to take your yoga and workout to new heights.”

“Stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga is like yoga but on the water!

Prerequisites for these classes include being a strong swimmer and the strength to paddle out to our anchoring site through a bit of wind and chop sometimes. You can expect to work hard and get wet. Everyone, including the instructor, falls in from time to time. It’s part of the fun! This class is a great core workout and there¹s nothing more peaceful than Savasana with the sound of waves and nature all around you.”
