AERIAL SILKS
“Aerial Tissu (Silks) is the art of suspended dance. ‘Tissu’ means ‘fabric’ in French, and is a fitting description for this cirque-inspired dance form because the performers dance on a long fabric of silks. The performer uses the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their body into and out of various positions. Aerial Silks may be used to fly through the air, striking poses while suspended. Silks are a great way to take your yoga and workout to new heights.”

Everyone, including the instructor, falls in from time to time. It’s part of the fun!
