I have discovered the ultimate summer pudding recipe. Not only is it flavourful, it’s also gluten-free and dairy-free! Without further ado, here’s how to make it.

3 Bananas

3 Teaspoons Cocoa

1 Teaspoon Honey

Slice three bananas into disks.

Put cut bananas in an air-tight container and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours.

Frozen banana slices should then be put into a blender or food processor and blended until it reaches a slushy consistency. See below.

Add 3 heaping spoonfuls of cocoa to your banana mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of honey to your banana and cocoa mixture to sweeten it.

Voila! Gluten-free and dairy-free pudding. Now is the time to add anything else you want, including candies, sauces, fruit or nuts. Make sure that you read ingredient labels if you intend to keep this pudding free from gluten and dairy.
