Across the street and down Washington Lane is La Trattoria, which serves up delicious Italian fare in a family-friendly atmosphere. Don’t miss the pizza-making station where you can watch the action in front of the wood-burning oven
Afternoon Activity
BUEI has engaging exhibits include the “Bermuda Triangle: Unlock the Secrets” experience with 3D holograms and ship-sinking simulations, the Shipwreck Gallery and Treasure Room filled with artefacts from over 300 shipwrecks, and a dazzling shell collection of more than 1,200 specimens. Children can also explore the “Living with the Ocean” exhibit, which uses interactive displays to teach about coral reefs and ocean conservation.
Time For A Treat
After you’ve escaped, head to Victoria Park where you’ll find a retro-style food truck. It’s home to Leslie’s Desserts, which offers a unique menu of cold and hot desserts. Choose from gelato, sundaes, Belgian waffles, crepes and more. Find a shady park bench and enjoy before heading home.
