What can be more fun than celebrating National Taco Day all day? Now serving lunch: Tacos with a crunch!

Always make sure to have an adult with you while in the kitchen! Multiply this recipe to share.

Ingredients for 1 lunch:
1 small flour tortilla
5 cherry tomatoes, each cut in half
1 leaf shredded lettuce
1/3 mashed avocado, lightly salted and peppered
Sour cream or mayonnaise
4 tortilla chips
1 handful of shredded cheese
1 handful of pre cooked chicken or beef

Directions:
Preheat grill on medium to high heat.
Lay the tortilla on a cutting board. Using a pizza cutter, cut a line from the bottom edge to the center of the tortilla.
Spread out your ingredients into 4 quarters of the tortilla:
1. tomatoes and lettuce
2. sourcream and chips
3. cheese
4. meat and more cheese
Fold the 4 quarters of the tortilla one over top of the other and cook in a pan or panini press.
Grill until toasted, about 2 minutes, then flip and repeat on the other side. Let cool before packing for lunch.
