What can be more fun than celebrating National Taco Day all day?

Ingredients for 1 dessert:
1 small flour tortilla
1 handful chocolate chips or 1/2 hershey chocolate bar
1 handful mini marshmallows
2 full graham crackers

Looking to add a little extra pizzaz? Here are some ideas:
Crispy bacon – salty / sweet combo
Peanut butter – classic, no brainer
York Peppermint Patty – minty twist
Rolo candies – caramel smoothness
Reese Peanut butter cups – if you prefer its chocolate peanut buttery taste
Cinnamon sugar – dust lightly till perfection
Strawberries – make it healthy-ish

Preheat grill on medium to high heat.
Break or crumble graham crackers. (Break chocolate bar into pieces.)
Lay the tortilla on a cutting board. Using a pizza cutter, cut a line from the bottom edge to the center of the tortilla.
Spread out your ingredients separately into 4 quarters of the tortilla (layer if more than 4 ingredients).
Fold the 4 quarters of the tortilla one over top of the other and cook in a pan or panini press.
Grill until toasted, about 2 minutes, then flip and repeat on the other side. Serve immediately to keep the warm deliciousness crispy, yet soft.
